Super Tatang is a digital comic content platform that offers exclusive "Director's Cut" comic panels — continuations, prequels, and behind-the-scenes content that extend the stories posted on our official Facebook page (facebook.com/supertatang). Users can purchase credits to unlock this exclusive content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Credits and Payments

Our platform uses a credit-based system for accessing exclusive content:

• Credits are purchased using Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash or other approved payment methods
• Each exclusive comic content requires 1 credit to unlock
• Once credits are added to your account after payment verification, they are non-refundable
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice

5. Content Access and Unlocking

When you unlock content using credits:

• You gain permanent access to view that specific content on your account
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• You may not download, redistribute, or share unlocked content
• Credits spent on unlocking content cannot be refunded

6. Intellectual Property

All comic content, artwork, characters, stories, and other creative materials on Super Tatang are original works and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from this platform without prior written consent from Super Tatang.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute any exclusive content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Attempt to bypass the credit system or access gated content without payment
• Share your account credentials with others
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff through chat support
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease. Any remaining credits in a terminated account are forfeited and non-refundable.

Our chat support is available from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT). Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to when support resumes. You may upload images (such as payment screenshots) through chat support. Please do not share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for your inquiry.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content obtained through the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Tatang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
